What exactly is a contract template?

A contract template is a pre-drafted general contract that allows you to fill it in on your own. However, She’s Legit does suggest that you hire an attorney to look over the contract once you’ve filled it out to ensure it has everything you need and complies with the laws applicable to you and your company.

Who drafted She’s Legit’s contract templates?

An attorney with experience in business and contract law drafted She’s Legit’s contract templates. 

Do I need to have an attorney fill in these contract templates?

No. You can fill She’s Legit’s contract templates in yourself. However, She’s Legit strongly encourages you to contact a lawyer licensed in your state to review your contract once you have filled it out to ensure it complies with all applicable laws and has all the terms you need. 

Are She’s Legit’s contract templates refundable?

Because customers receive a link to the template immediately after purchase, She’s Legit’s contract templates are non-refundable. 

How do She’s Legit’s contract templates work?

Once you purchase the contract template on She’s Legit’s website, you will receive a secure link to the document in Word format via email. You will be able to download and save that contract from that link for up to 24 hours.

How do I get my contract templates?

Can I split the cost of a contract template with a friend and both of us use the template?

No. Splitting the cost of a contract template with a friend is a violation of copyright law and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. She’s Legit owns the rights to these contract templates, and if you purchase one, you have a limited license to use that template for your own use personally and in your business only. You may not distribute, sell, or otherwise share any of She’s Legit’s contract templates with anyone else other than for use as a contract in your business. What exactly can I do with She’s Legit’s contract templates?

You can fill She’s Legit’s contract templates out and send them to clients or independent contractors you are contracting with for them to sign. You cannot sell or share these templates with anyone else for any other purpose.
